Privacy Policy
We collect information you choose to provide through church membership forms, our online Welcome form, inquiries, and church communications. This may include your name, contact details, household information, ministry interests, and communication preferences. Authorized church staff use these details to respond to requests, care for members, administer membership, and share church information.
Information Use & Protection
We limit access to member information to authorized personnel and use reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information as needed for church administration, consent records, and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion; some records may need to be retained.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared for those purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to support church operations and deliver messages, including our messaging provider, Twilio.
Website Services
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand site usage. Forms are delivered through FormSubmit, online giving is handled through Subsplash, and embedded media may use YouTube or other platforms. These services may collect technical information under their own privacy policies. Do not submit payment card details or sensitive care information through the Welcome or contact form.
SMS Terms & Conditions
By separately opting in, you agree to receive recurring Gospel Assembly of Lehigh texts about services, events, ministry reminders, and church updates, which may include giving reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of membership, attending church, giving, or receiving care.
Consent & Your Choices
You may opt in using an explicit SMS consent choice on a church membership form or the online Welcome form. Providing a phone number alone does not give permission to send recurring texts. We keep the consent status, source, date, and a record of staff updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact gaolehigh@gmail.com or (239) 244-6987. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. To opt in again, contact the church to record renewed permission. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not an emergency service.
